Grand Soleil Yachts 58 Performance

Grand Soleil 58

An Italian Masterpiece – the art of sailing and design.

Conceived by Italians and built by Italians, a great combination for a stunning performance cruiser.    This is not just a sailboat – it’s a lifestyle.

Making a difference in sailing

Attention to detail is what really makes a difference.  The Grand Soliel 58 has true, experienced and passionate sailors as designers performing all measurements, ergonomics, interior space and functionality.

The GS 58 brings the worldwide design leaders Nauta Design and naval architect Umberto Felci together to create an Italian classic.

But it’s not always about functionality.  Cantiere del Pardo’s Italian soul will always want to build a boat that evokes love at first sight – this will determine if the GS 58 is the one for you.

Character in Design and Build

Boat building is more than just a new boat – it’s a story, a long history of excellence, starting 42 years ago.  Cantiere del Pardo has built more than 3,800 sailing yachts.

Key components of the Grand Soliel 58

•    Light displacement
•    Strong hull
•    Sleek deck and wide cockpit with all the lines aft to the helmsman
•    Generous hull volume providing a wide living space inside
•    Customised layouts

Options Galore

The biggest advantages for owners are the optional layouts that provide 2 owner cabin versions, 2 dinette versions, a fourth cabin and much more.

The standard layout solution will be divided in 1 aft owner cabin, 2 stern double cabins, an optional crew cabin in the bow with its own head.

Efficient to the Max Performance

The GS 58 is a fast cruiser created with a highly efficient, fast hull and still easy and safe to handle.

Success in performance and safety is achieved with advanced research in fluid dynamics while utilising years of experience in ‘fast cruiser’ projects.

The water lines are particularly efficient, the volumes of the bow are excellent and the stability is high.  This is to allow comfortable navigation with no excessive heeling angles while maintaining very high-speed averages.
